Because many products are custom or made to order, returns may not be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the item

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
